INSPIRE NOW JOURNALS AND MERCHANDISE

The Inspire Now Journal and the other merchandise available on our website are stored and shipped from separate warehouses and incur separate/different delivery charges. Both groups of products also have different delivery times which are listed below.

Standard Delivery

Delivery is estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Addresses in Northern Ireland and outer Scottish islands, excluding Channel Islands can take 3-5 working days.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
Orders must be placed by 1pm and should arrive the next working day (subject to stock availability).
Delivery Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do not ship orders the same day (for example, if you place your order on Friday, it will likely ship on Monday or Tuesday the following week).

Rest of the World Shipping

Royal Mail International. This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery.
Delivery is estimated 10-14 working days after dispatch.

Please note that all shipping and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Certain countries may experience slow-shipping times of 4-8 weeks.

SHIPPING TRACKING

Where tracking details are available, a confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped to the email address provided at checkout. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier service for more information. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated but you will still receive your order, so please contact us after the estimated delivery time frame.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER

Inspire Now Journal: If you would like to make changes to your order, all changes must be made within 12 hours of your order being placed by sending us an email at support@inspirenowdaily.co.uk. This may however not be possible if you choose Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as we can to reduce shipping times, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order.

Merchandise: If you would like to make changes to your order, due to the bespoke nature of most of the products we sell, all changes must be made within 12 hours of your order being placed by sending us an email at support@inspirenowdaily.co.uk. After this time, your order will have entered production. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as we can to reduce shipping times, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered. As mentioned earlier, we make every effort to process orders as quickly as we can to reduce shipping times, as such there is a very small window to amend your order and shipping details. If you would like to make any changes to your shipping address, please email us at support@inspirenowdaily.co.uk. However, there are no guarantees that we will be able to amend your order.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please contact your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead.
