PAYMENT METHODS THAT WE ACCEPT

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE

Ecotrends Limited who trade as Inspire Now Daily is registered in England and Wales so if you are resident outside the United Kingdom or making purchase with a debit or credit card which is not in Pounds (GBP) your financial institution may charge you an International Transaction Fee, which is a small percentage of the sale, to make purchases outside of your country. Please note that this fee is not charged by Ecotrends Limited and if you wish to dispute this charge, please kindly contact your bank for more information.

PRICING

All prices are in GBP £ sterling. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors. We do not store your card information in our systems and it remains your private property at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information.

All credit card transactions are processed through fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by the same level of security as used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate. Your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND OTHER CHARGES

Orders outside the United Kingdom can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc., upon their arrival in the destination country. 

The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. These charges are not collected by Ecotrends Limited and as such you will be required to pay these fees to your local carrier or government. We are unable to advise what and how much these charges might be, as such we recommend you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of charges may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you do not accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to us.  If this happens, you will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges related to your return.

You will receive a refund once we have received the product and any related costs for the return are deducted from your refund which are owed to you.

SHIPPING AND BILLING VERIFICATION

Please ensure that your correct billing address and contact information is entered. This should be as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may be declined if the information provided does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on record.

We are a UK company and some credit card issuers may block transactions outside the country it was issued. If your payment is not going through, please check to make sure your card is not blocked for international transactions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered.
